CONSULTATION AND ASSESSMENT

We work with you to assess your financial situation and help you determine whether filing bankruptcy is the advisable course of action and, if so, what type of bankruptcy is best for your situation.

INFORMATION GATHERING

.We help you gather the necessary information to correctly complete the petition, schedules and related documents necessary to successfully file for relief under the bankruptcy code.

ASSET PROTECTION

You are entitled to exemptions in much of your personal and real property. We will determine what venue controls the exemptions and work to maximize the use of the exemptions to protect your property to the fullest extent possible under the law.

DOCUMENT PREPARATION AND REVIEW

We prepare all the documents for you to review and approve. On your approval and sighatures, the petition and schedules are then filed with the court. We also prepare all post-filing documents which may be required in your case.

APPEARANCE AT MEETINGS AND HEARINGS

We will appear and represent you and your interests at all meetings, hearings and trials which may arise in your case.

CHAPTER 13 PLAN DEVELOPMENT

We will draft, with your approval, a plan which meets the requirements of the code and your best interests and work for the confirmation of it by the court.  If changes occur over the life of the plan, we will help you assess the situation and, if necessary, modify the plan.

GENERAL REPRESENTATION

No matter what may arise in your case, we will aggressively represent you, whether it is a challenge to the dischargeability of a debt, a violation of the Automatic Stay Order or the Discharge Injunction by a creditor, or any other matter which may arise in or out of your bankruptcy case
